Product description

For washing after laying and for end-of-work cleaning: wet the surface well with water before washing. Then use DETERDEK PRO diluted at a ratio of 1:5 or 1:10 (1 litre of product in 5 or 10 litres of water).

Dilution: between 1:5 and 1:10 according to the level of dirt to be removed.

CAUTION: Do not use on polished marble or on any materials that are sensitive to acids. Before using on this material, carry out a test on a small surface area to check that it is actually resistant to the product. For items in aluminium, follow the instructions and use a soft sponge.

Standard Delivery for products sold in packages:

We offer FREE standard delivery to the majority of UK mainland postcodes on full pack & full pallet orders.

Some postcodes may incur an additional delivery charge. To check the delivery cost for your address, simply enter your postcode in the "Calculate Shipping" section on the cart or checkout page.

Standard Delivery for SQM basis Products:

Products sold by SQM basis qualify for FREE delivery on orders over £1,000 to the majority of UK mainland postcodes. Orders below £1,000 will incur an additional charge.


Kerbside Delivery

All deliveries are made on a kerbside basis using a pallet network.

The delivery driver will unload the pallet to the nearest safe and accessible location using a manual pallet truck. For health and safety reasons, drivers cannot move pallets over:

  • Gravel
  • Grass
  • Soft ground
  • Steep slopes or inclines
  • Steps or kerbs
  • Uneven surfaces

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and that suitable access is available for a large delivery vehicle.


 * Please note that the delivery could be delayed by a day in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please DO NOT BOOK  any installer till the product physically arrives to your place to prevent any additional man day charges.




                                                                             

  • We deliver on Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays), between 8:00am till 5:00pm and require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to take collection of your order. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee. 
  • Deliveries are done by 3rd party pallet network. They deliver to kerbside or on closest accessible flat, rigid surface. If your drive way is accessible from the kerbside through a rigid surface, it is up to delivery driver to transport pallets from kerbside to your driveway.
  • We do a quality check before sending out anything to our customers but sometimes there can be breakages happen during transit. Customers should check before signing for the goods for any breakages.
  • If there are any breakages please sign it as 'Damaged on Arrival' otherwise pallet courier won't be responsible for breakages, and report any breakages within 48 hours with relevant photographs by email.
  • If the products cannot be delivered on the day of delivery due to access problems that have not been informed to us before, the re-delivery charges will be applied.
  • Re-Delivery Charge is applicable if no one is present to sign for the delivery.
  • To avoid re-delivery charges, driver may leave the pallet unsigned with prior contact.
  • Though we check everything before sending, please allow for 5-10% extra in case of damages and off cuts.
  • The customer needs to inform about breakages within 48 hours with pictures for any replacement or refund.
  • Customers should inform any access problem before placing an order.
  • If for some reason customer wants to return goods there will be return and restocking fee deducted from refund. Please chcek our return policy. 

*Standard Delivery for full packs/pallets is in 4-6 working days, it can be 6-8 working days for split packs. Express Delivery is in 2-3 working days, it can be 3-4 working days for spilt packs.

Standard delivery for samples is 1-3 working days.

*The Cut Off Time for same day Dispatch is 10 AM. This does not include Bank Holidays.


Pack Definitions :

Full Pack / Full Pallet
The largest pack size listed for a product on our website. Products are supplied on an unopened, factory-sealed pallet in their original packaging.

Split Pack
Any quantity less than a full pack or full pallet. Split packs are prepared specifically to your requested quantity (for example: 7m², 12m², 14m², 16m², etc.). As these are bespoke orders, they are individually assembled from full pallets.

 

FREE DELIVERY PROCESS

Delivery prices starts from £60+ VAT per pallet/ pack for most postcodes of U.K Mainland. Product packages ( for products sold in packages) on our website already include this cost and therefore delivery to the following postcodes will be free, however some postcodes incur additional charges. Kindly enter your postcode during to cart page to find out cost of delivery to your postcode.
