 * Please note that the delivery could be delayed by a day in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please DO NOT BOOK  any installer till the product physically arrives to your place to prevent any additional man day charges.

• We deliver on Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays), between 8:00am till 5:00pm and require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to take collection of your order. Failed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee. 
• Deliveries are done by 3rd party pallet network. They deliver to kerbside or on closest accessible flat, rigid surface. If your drive way is accessible from the kerbside through a rigid surface, it is up to delivery driver to transport pallets from kerbside to your driveway.
• We do a quality check before sending out anything to our customers but sometimes there can be breakages happen during transit. Customers should check before signing for the goods for any breakages.
• If there are any breakages please sign it as 'Damaged on Arrival' otherwise pallet courier won't be responsible for breakages, and report any breakages within 48 hours with relevant photographs by email.
• If the products cannot be delivered on the day of delivery due to access problems that have not been informed to us before, the re-delivery charges will be applied.
• Re-Delivery Charge is applicable if no one is present to sign for the delivery.
• To avoid re-delivery charges, driver may leave the pallet unsigned with prior contact.
• Though we check everything before sending, please allow for 5-10% extra in case of damages and off cuts.
• The customer needs to inform about breakages within 48 hours with pictures for any replacement or refund.
• Customers should inform any access problem before placing an order.
• If for some reason customer wants to return goods there will be return and restocking fee deducted from refund.

*Standard Delivery for full packs/pallets is in 3-5 working days, it can be 5-6 working days for split packs. Express Delivery is in 1-2 working days, it can be 2-3 working days for spilt packs.

Standard delivery for samples is 1-3 working days.

*The Cut Off Time for same day Dispatch is 10 AM. This does not include Bank Holidays.

  -Full Pack - The largest pack size shown on the website for the listed product. Unopened, sealed pallet in original packaging.

-Split Pack -  Any pallet/pack which is not a full pack ( all packs below the full pallet quantity). The split packs are exclusive orders made at your request (19m2, 16m2, 14m2, 12m2 , 7 m2... packs)

Delivery prices starts from £60+ VAT per pallet/ pack for most postcodes of U.K Mainland. Product packages on our website already include this cost and therefore delivery to the following postcodes will be free, however some postcodes incur additional charges. Ordering:

• If you are unsure about the colour and texture – please order for a sample before ordering about the product.
• Please Note: The product could be slightly different compared to the sample as they could differ with batches.
• Please ensure your measure the area to be paved as accurately as possible and allow +5-10% for wastages and cuts, as our stock turn is extremely fast especially in the peak season. Therefore providing additional small quantities may be challenging and we may not always be able to provide additional products from the same batch at a later date.
• The product may arrive in packaging which has either the factory branding and or a different product name on the packaging this does not mean you have received the incorrect products please note we change the names of the products for marketing purposes. 

Deliveries:

• All pallet deliveries arrive on an 18-tonne truck with tail-lift and are strictly to the kerbside.
• Deliveries are done by 3rd party pallet network via a manual pump truck. Pallet can be delivered on solid surfaces that facilitate pump truck operation.
• The Kerb must be accessible for 18-ton pallet truck
• If your property has restricted access, please let us know at the time of ordering. This may incur an additional charge.
• Hazards or obstructions, steep inclines, steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle.
• In all cases, the vehicle must have clear access to your property and there must be no restrictions to prevent offloading.

Installation:

• Goods will not be broken down or discharged by the driver. Take caution when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury. Please assess the weight of the boxes as tiles can be heavy, precautions may need to be made.
• We advise to blend the pavers visually before final application, this will ensure that you are happy with any tonal variation.
• Dry laying will also allow you to determine which tiles you can select for the external cuts of your project.
• For polished porcelain, it is recommended to use a scratch preventer together with the leveling system.
• We recommend the use of a professional installer and ensure the correct installation tools are available for example when cutting the products – please see our installation guide for further information.
